Uploading a CSV
You can quickly add multiple guests to your Guest List by uploading a CSV or XLSX file.

Start by downloading our guest template to ensure your data is formatted correctly.
CSV Columns
Column | Required | Description |

group | No | Group name to organise guests (e.g., “Family”, “Friends”, “Work”). Groups will be created automatically if they don’t exist. |

Tips
Duplicates: If a guest with the same email already exists, their information will be updated rather than creating a duplicate.
Groups: Leave the group column empty if you don’t want to assign guests to a group. You can always organise them later using the bulk “Assign to Group” action.
Guests column: Use commas to separate multiple guest names. These are the additional people (plus ones) that will be attending with the main guest.
Phone numbers: Any format is accepted - we’ll store it exactly as you enter it.
After Uploading
Once your upload is complete, you’ll see a summary of how many guests were imported. You can then:
Review and edit individual guests
Assign guests to groups
Add guests to your events
